Challenge: BC Bereavement Helpline is an unsung hero of the non-profit world. Working in their quiet, dedicated way they provide support for people experiencing grief from the loss of loved ones. They needed to ensure that more people were made aware of their offerings.
Solution: After a series of in-depth conversations it became clear to us that we needed to delve into the emotions of loss without becoming lost in them. A remarkable group of people came on board to help create ‘You’re Not Alone’ and BCBH has become much better known as a result of this piece.
