A restless mind with a deep understanding of all forms of communication and design. Mike turns strategy and vision into creative content and excels at translating the key insights into captivating experiences.

Moreover, he brings humour, curiosity, and rigour to the creative process all combined with a love of good wine, people, and a desire to create work that has an impact. When not staring deeply into the eye of a monitor you’ll find him cooking, swimming, paddling, and celebrating on various Gulf Islands with family and friends.

Educated in Britain, born in Norway to a Venezuelan mother and a German father and having lived in multiple locations Rolf brings an international perspective to people, history, and design. He naturally migrated to towards branding, advertising, and storytelling at leading UK and North American advertising  agencies.

Rolf seeks to identify insights by collaboratively working with you, or your team to define the brand roadmap. He brings a passionate perspective on people, history and design combined with a devotion to working with creative minds to articulate your story.

He is an occasional rower and automotive enthusiast with a penchant for charismatically rusty Alfa Romeos, beautiful shapes, and regular west coast road trips.

A live wire, with a laser eye for detail, keeping a production on track with a ‘New York style directness’ and warm West Coast delivery.

Katrina benefits from a dynamic career in television and advertising production that has taken her from New York to Vancouver. With a deep understanding of the creative ecosystem from casting, location, and logistics she generates fresh and innovative approaches that ensure that it all happens.

Outside of production, Katrina is a dedicated community and environmental advocate and innovator with an occasional penchant for Pinot Noir and Deep House.
