Challenge: A pioneering aquaculture start up with a scientifically developed proprietorial feed and system with a unique triple-sided business model needed articulation to the investor, intuitional and business community internationally. A global business with multiple locations from Norway to Amsterdam, from Japan to California and beyond.
Solution: Fuse the complex business model into a simple narrative which focuses on Urchinomics being about turning a global environmental challenge into an economic, ecological and social opportunity. Rolf worked on the strategic positioning and briefing material together with the global brand director and Mike and Jon both worked on editing footage and text.
